The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) is conducting the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 for the Engineering stream at various exam centres today, May 12, 2026. It is expected that more than 3.55 lakh candidates will appear for the AP EAMCET 2026 Exam to be held in two shifts.
Since the AP EAMCET 2026 Exam is to be held in two shifts, all the aspirants need to carefully note down the shift timings and exam day guidelines to ensure that they don’t have to face any problems.
As per the official schedule, the AP EAMCET 2026 Exam will be held on May 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18 for engineering admissions, and the agriculture and pharmacy tests will be held on May 19 and 20, 2026, in two shifts, where the timings of the first shift will be between 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and the afternoon shift will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

AP EAMCET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines
Below, we have shared the exam day guidelines for the AP EAMCET 2026 Engineering exam:
- Candidates must carry a printout of the AP EAMCET Admit Card 2026
- Candidates must also carry any of the government-issued photo IDs, such as PAN card, driving license, voter ID, passport and Aadhaar card (with photograph)
- They must carry a medical certificate issued by a certified medical practitioner (if required)
- Candidates can’t carry any stationery items like textual material (printed or written), notes, Plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, etc.
- Electronic items like mobile phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Calculator, Microphone, Pager, wrist watch, health band or smart watch, electronic pen or scanner, etc., are not allowed inside the exam hall
- Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap, water bottle, or any edible item opened or packed, soft drinks, etc., are also not allowed.
